As previously reported, Timothy Olyphant will reprise his role as Marshal Raylan Givens in the miniseries Justified: City Primeval, which serves as a sequel to the phenomenal TV series Justified.
Just like Justified, this new series will also be based on a novel by Elmore Leonard, specifically City Primeval: High Noon in Detroit from 1980. Justified: City Primeval takes place eight years after the events of Justified, where Raylan Givens has left Kentucky behind for a new life in Miami. He still works as a federal sheriff but is also a father to a 15-year-old girl. After various events, Raylan travels to Detroit to put an end to a sociopathic villain.
Justified: City Primeval premieres on July 18th. Stream on Hulu.
