Today, WhatsApp is introducing a new feature called ‘chat lock’ that allows users to place conversations in a locked folder that can only be accessed with your device’s password or biometric login.
When a conversation is locked, the content in the notifications is also hidden, so no one can read the message until the folder is unlocked.
The feature will begin rolling out globally today.
