During the Tudum event over the weekend, Netflix showcased a glimpse of the upcoming TV series Avatar: The Last Airbender, a series based on the animated show of the same name.
It has been five years since Netflix announced its plans for the new series, and next year, it seems that these plans will finally come to fruition. Netflix revealed how some of the characters in the series will look in the live-action adaptation and released a short teaser featuring symbols representing the different elements on which the characters’ powers are based.
Avatar: The Last Airbender is set to premiere on Netflix sometime in 2024.
