Apple has now released the trailer for ‘The Pigeon Tunnel,’ directed by Errol Morris. The documentary utilizes rare archival footage and spans six decades.
In the documentary film, we follow the story and career of former British spy David Cornwell. Cornwell was better known as the author John le Carré, whose books such as ‘The Spy Who Came in from the Cold,’ ‘Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy,’ ‘The Night Manager,’ and ‘The Constant Gardener’ achieved great success worldwide. The film is based on rare archival material and spans six decades – from the Cold War to le Carré’s final interview. It provides a deeply human and fascinating insight into le Carré’s extraordinary life, where the boundary between fact and fiction is razor-thin.
