Swedish brand Urbanears yesterday released a newly produced version of its wired over-ear headphones Zinken. The headphones were originally released in 2012 and, according to Urbanears, have become popular in DJ circles.
In a press release, Urbanears states that they collaborated with several disc jockeys to develop the sound in the new version of Zinken, which reportedly resulted in a wider soundstage and greater acoustic separation. The headphones come with a cable that can be directly connected to a mixer board, and there is also the possibility to pair two headphones for monitoring. The cable also includes a button that allows some control of music and answering calls on a mobile phone.
The new version of Zinken is released in black, red, and yellow colors.
