While many dream of powerful bass for their stereo or home theater in the living room, not everyone wants a huge subwoofer standing on the floor.
In other cases, there simply isn’t enough space for a proper bass setup! The solution may be to hide the subwoofer under the sofa or in a closet, or as DALI now offers: to mount it flush in the wall, similar to other in-wall speakers.
DALI PHANTOM SUB S-100: In-wall Subwoofer
DALI PHANTOM SUB S-100 features a 10-inch bass driver in a compact low-profile MDF cabinet. The special bass driver has an aluminum cone with a CSS-type suspension that provides both long excursion and a slim profile.
PHANTOM CI AMP-2500 DSP
The DALI subwoofer also comes with a custom amplifier. The Phantom CI AMP-2500 DSP amplifier delivers 2 x 500 watts or 1 x 1000 watts when bridged. It can power up to four Phantom subwoofers and has its own filter settings that DALI recommends using for optimal results.
The powerful amplifier is designed for cabinet or rack mounting and is equipped with fan cooling that adjusts automatically to keep noise levels low. The amplifier features DSP settings for various DALI speakers and can be configured via a web interface or controlled through the DALI Configurator app.
