WhatsApp is now getting an updated Windows app with improved performance and calling features. The new version of the app also gets support for syncing multiple devices so that you can use WhatsApp even if your phone is turned off.
It’s possible to make video calls with up to eight people and voice calls with up to 32 people, but this will be expanded in the future. Mark Zuckerberg also says that the new app will support end-to-end encrypted group calls.
