It’s said that Apple’s upcoming iPhone Pro models will replace stainless steel with titanium, but Apple doesn’t seem to be the only manufacturer interested in using this somewhat more exotic material.
Samsung appears to be switching out the aluminum frame on the Galaxy S23 Ultra for one made of titanium on the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Despite this change, according to leaker Ice Universe, the phone will weigh 233g, which is 1g lighter than the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Previous rumors also suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will have an upgraded screen and a 50MP telephoto camera instead of the 10MP one found on the S23 Ultra. However, Samsung is reportedly keeping the main camera at 200MP, a 10MP 10x telephoto lens, and a 12MP selfie camera from the S23 Ultra.
