The popular gaming streaming platform Twitch has suspended Felix “PewDiePie” Kjellberg’s account. PewDiePie, who has over 111 million followers on YouTube, had around 1.5 million followers on Twitch, although he hasn’t been particularly active there with new content lately.
Instead, PewDiePie’s Twitch channel has been continuously streaming content from his YouTube channel. However, a few days ago, Twitch put an end to it and completely shut down the channel. A detailed reason for Twitch’s action has not been publicly announced yet, but people suspect that Twitch dislikes content from other platforms being streamed on their platform.
