Next Wednesday, Nintendo will release the classic Pokémon game Pokémon Stadium on Nintendo Switch, which may interest retro gamers and others.
Pokémon Stadium was originally released in 1999 for Nintendo 64 and involves the player battling different pokémons in an arena. Unlike the original game, it will also be possible to battle other players via a new online function in the Switch version of Pokémon Stadium.
On April 12, Pokémon Stadium will be available on Switch. To be able to play the game, you must subscribe to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack, the slightly more expensive version of Nintendo Switch’s subscription service.
