Yesterday, Nintendo announced that their own gaming event, Nintendo Live, will be held outside of Japan for the first time this year. From September 1-4, Nintendo Live will take place at the Seattle Convention Center, after being held in Kyoto in 2018 and 2019, and in Tokyo in 2022. There was no Nintendo Live in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic.
During the four days of Nintendo Live, it will be possible to play games, watch live performances, meet Nintendo characters, buy Nintendo merchandise, and participate in various gaming tournaments.
Nintendo Live 2023 will be free, but tickets will only be available in limited quantities. The easiest way to get a ticket is to register at the link below, although it does not guarantee that you will get a ticket. There is also an opportunity for those who visit the PAX West gaming convention, which is also held at the Seattle Convention Center from September 1-4, to apply for tickets to Nintendo Live in a separate ticket distribution.
