In May, Sony confirmed the portable streaming device Project Q, which is set to be released later this year. It’s not a direct competitor to the Switch or Steam Deck since it streams from your PS5 via Wi-Fi or Remote Play. Think more along the lines of the Wii U. Leaked clips now show glimpses of Project Q in action.
It’s essentially a Dualsense controller with an embedded 8-inch screen. A somewhat peculiar sight, isn’t it? The most striking aspect of the leaked clips is that Project Q appears to be Android-powered.
The device is expected to be released this year (rumored for November) and is said to cost a maximum of $300.
