Microsoft has made Outlook for Mac free to use. The app can now be downloaded for free from Apple’s Mac App Store. Therefore, you no longer need a Microsoft 365 subscription or an Office license to use it.
Outlook for Mac includes support for Outlook.com accounts, Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo, and all email providers that have IMAP support. Microsoft redesigned the app three years ago, with a user interface optimized for Apple’s latest macOS design changes. The app is also adapted for Apple’s own chip.
