One of Apple’s services that received the most updates during WWDC was the music streaming service Apple Music, but what are the new features?
First, we have Collaborative Playlists, where users will be able to collaborate on playlists with their family and friends. Another exciting addition is that Continuity Camera is coming to Apple TV with karaoke functionality, allowing you to sing in front of the TV and see yourself and your friend simultaneously with different effects.
Finally, the service will also provide more information about the creators behind songs, so you can see who produced, wrote, and played instruments. Another feature that can come in handy in the car is that SharePlay automatically suggests to other devices that they can join the session. Listeners can then control the music from their own devices, even if they don’t have an Apple Music subscription. It is unclear whether CarPlay is required in the car for this to work.
