In addition to new models of the current 24-inch iMac, Apple, according to Mark Gurman, has also begun work on an iMac with a screen size of over 30 inches.

Apple may be working on a larger iMac

When, or even if, such a model will be released remains to be seen, but it is not entirely unlikely that it would feature an M3 or M4 chip. When Apple released the current model of the iMac about three years ago with an M1 chip, they stopped offering the computer in two sizes, which disappointed many who preferred the larger 27-inch model, as the only option became 24 inches.

The new models of the 24-inch iMac, which will likely feature M2 or M3 chips, are codenamed J433 and J434, according to Gurman.
