OnePlus appears to be the latest manufacturer to venture into foldable phones, and even before the company has had a chance to unveil a phone itself, some details about the phone’s specifications have leaked.
According to rumors, the OnePlus Fold, as the phone is expected to be called, will offer Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, 16GB RAM, 256GB storage, and a 4800mAh battery that can be charged with 67W. The foldable screen is said to be 7.8 inches in size, with a 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. On the outside, there is a 6.3-inch screen, which also has a 120Hz refresh rate.
The OnePlus Fold is rumored to have a total of five cameras: a main camera with 48MP, a 64MP telephoto camera, a 48MP ultra-wide-angle camera, as well as front cameras for both screens with 32MP and 20MP. OnePlus has not confirmed the release date of the phone, but it is expected to be officially unveiled sometime in August.
