Getting to play more Half-Life is something that many have surely dreamed of since Half-Life 2: Episode 2 ended.
So when Valve announced Half-Life: Alyx, there were some who cheered while others shed a tear because it could only be played through virtual reality, which in turn can be a pretty heavy blow to the wallet.
A group of modders has been working for a while to make the game playable without a VR headset. Their latest update has made the game fully playable from beginning to end without any VR hardware.
