Two years after its premiere, Battlefield 2042 is alive and thriving. It came close to breaking its player record on Steam in October, and now we learn that another season is on the way.
The game’s X-account states that Season 7 will be released in March next year. The details are sparse, but it teases lots of new content – including maps, in plural.
BF2042 has made a significant journey. It received a lot of criticism at release, after which the developers promised improvements. And indeed, the game has received them, as evidenced by the number of people still playing it.
