iRobot is now launching the Roomba j9+, which is a robot vacuum cleaner and mop in one. It has a mop system that can be automatically lifted and a docking station that can fill and empty the robot with water.
It’s also said to be iRobot’s most powerful vacuum cleaner to date. The robot comes with iRobot’s latest software, iRobot OS 7.0, featuring a new function called “Dirt Detective.” This function is designed to help the robots clean more efficiently by utilizing data about the specific rooms they’ve cleaned and the amount of dirt actually picked up.
The price for the Roomba j9+ is $899, and it’s $1399 for the Roomba and docking station.
