Apple announced today that their dystopian future series Silo will be getting a second season. Actress Rebecca Ferguson plays the lead role in the series, which revolves around a small group of people living in a massive underground silo after some kind of catastrophe has struck the Earth.
There are still a few episodes left to air in the first season, so it’s currently unclear what the second season will entail. However, in a press release, Apple TV+ head of programming Matt Cherniss said, “We’re so excited to reveal more secrets of the silo in season two.” It’s not entirely unlikely that the final episode of the current season will end with some sort of cliffhanger.
As for when the second season of Silo will begin airing on Apple TV+, there is currently no information available.
