Attention all horror fans who have “seen it all” on Netflix. It’s time to remember a new title. The Count is a secret new film on its way that we have not heard a peep about… except from certain film blogs that have discovered it just received an R-rating!
According to the MPA, which sets the age restrictions, this is due to “strong violence and gore, some graphic nudity, rape, profanity, and sexual content.”
A search on IMDb yields no results for “The Count,” and Netflix has not uttered a word about the film either. But it is evidently completed, rated, and ready for release.
Could it be another portrayal of the vampire Count Dracula, as suggested by the website Bloody Disgusting? Keep an eye out (if you dare) for “The Count” on Netflix soon. Hopefully.
