Excitement is running high here at the office ahead of the premiere of Fast X, but there is also a tinge of sadness as this is the second-to-last film in this wild film series. Previously, it was stated that Fast X would be the first part of two films that would conclude the Fast & Furious series.
However, there may be a change to that plan, as in an interview with Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez, they mentioned that it is likely to become a trilogy of films towards the end.
Without giving away too much, I can say this, going into making this movie, the studio had asked if this could be a two-parter and after the studio saw this Part One, they said, ‘Could you make Fast X: The Finale a trilogy?’.
