Carrie Fisher, the actress who played Princess Leia in six of the original Star Wars movies, was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles yesterday.
Carrie Fisher passed away in 2016, and the award was accepted by her daughter Billie Lourd. During the ceremony, both Lourd and Mark Hamill, the actor who played Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars movies, gave speeches to honor Fisher.
