The British company Electrogenic has now delivered its first plug and play kit to convert old Porsche 911 (964) models to electric power.
The kit can provide up to 320 horsepower, and the 62 kWh battery pack is expected to provide a range of 32 miles. The kit can be installed by anyone with some previous mechanical experience. If one gets tired of the electric setup, they can easily revert back to the original without causing any damage. The kit adds about 100 kilograms of weight, but unfortunately, the cost of the kit is not mentioned.
