The upcoming iPadOS 17, set to be released later this year, will include support for the camera in Apple’s Studio Display and other external USB cameras.
This feature will be available on all iPads with a USB-C port. Except for the latest “iPad,” all other iPads have a camera that appears off-center when the iPad is in horizontal mode, so this feature could be good news for those who want to look less slanted during Zoom calls.
