Zoom is the latest service to receive new features based on artificial intelligence. Zoom IQ, as it’s called, will be able to summarize chat threads, organize ideas, and generate content for chats, emails, and meeting agendas.
Here are the new features coming to Zoom:
- Zoom IQ Chat Writing is a new writing feature that can help formulate messages based on correspondence, without changing the tone of the language.
- Zoom IQ Email, which will suggest email responses based on previous email correspondence, Zoom meetings, and Zoom phone calls. Initially, the feature is only available in Zoom IQ for Sales for salespeople.
- Perhaps the most convenient feature of all is Zoom IQ Meeting Minutes, where users can receive a summary of an online meeting without having to record the meeting, so that those who cannot attend can quickly get an overview and summary of the meeting.
It is currently unclear when the features will be rolled out to Zoom users.
