A few months ago, South Park: Snow Day was announced, promising to be something different from the turn-based RPGs The Stick of Truth and The Fractured But Whole. Instead, South Park: Snow Day is set to be an action-packed third-person game where you cooperate with up to three other players (or bots) to fight against hordes of enemies and bosses.
The first gameplay trailer for the game can be seen below, where we get a glimpse of melee weapons, ranged weapons, magic, and special abilities. Just like in the RPGs, you take on the role of “the new kid”, and this time a snowstorm has hit the town, forcing the school to close, giving Cartman and the gang a little too much time to kill.
We don’t have a release date for South Park: Snow Day, but it is on its way to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
