Will we ever get a Portal 3? Unclear, but fans want more Portal content, and fans are ready to deliver. An example of this is the ambitious mod Portal: Revolution, which adds a completely new campaign set before Portal 2.
It’s about a journey of around 5–7 hours, with 40 new puzzle chambers to get through and a story with voice acting to enjoy. As a player, you are awakened by the personality sphere Stirling, who needs help to restore the dilapidated testing facility.
In terms of difficulty, it is supposed to pick up where Portal 2 left off and not only use existing game mechanics but also add new ways to solve the puzzles. The mod will be released on January 5th and is free, but you must own Portal 2 to play it.
