Master & Dynamic (M&D) prides itself as a top-tier manufacturer of high-end personal audio products, frequently partnering with other luxury brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Bugatti, and Leica. Their partnership with Lamborghini, in particular, has been a lasting success, leading to their third collaboration.
As part of this collaboration, M&D has released special edition Lamborghini versions of their flagship headphones, including the MW75 over-ear noise-canceling headphones ($649), the MW08 Sport wireless earbuds with noise-canceling ($399), and the MG20 wireless gaming headphones ($499).
Each of the three models incorporates Lamborghini’s distinct aesthetic, with the MW08 Sport and MW75 featuring sophisticated silver and black metal accents, while the MG20 incorporates an electric green color scheme reminiscent of Lamborghini’s Huracán.
The Lamborghini editions of these headphones are identical to their regular versions in terms of materials and features, except for one difference: the MG20 gaming headphones now feature a sapphire glass faceplate adorned with the Lamborghini logo against a green and black background, whereas the regular version uses a matte-finish magnesium for the earcups and matching faceplate.
M&D’s reputation as a luxury audio brand has not gone unnoticed by Hollywood, with the MW08 earbuds making an appearance in season 4, episode 2 of the hit HBO show Succession. In the episode, Kendal Roy can be seen wearing the MW08 earbuds, despite being a loyalist to Mercedes-Benz. It remains to be seen if Kendal will expand his collection to include a Lamborghini and matching MW08 Sport earbuds now that a certain patriarch has passed away.
