Razer has released a new control panel for streamers and others who want to quickly switch between apps and access functions for their equipment. The new version is called the “Stream Controller X” and has slightly less functionality than the “Stream Controller” that Razer released last year.
With the “Stream Controller X,” users can connect 15 LCD-equipped keys to the apps and functions they want quick access to. In terms of appearance, Razer’s new control panel resembles Elgato’s Stream Deck MK.2, which was released two years ago.
Razer’s Stream Controller X costs $150, which is the same price as Elgato’s Stream Deck MK.2. Razer’s first Stream Controller, released last year, is still available for purchase and costs $270.
