Sony didn’t show any new TV sets during CES in January, but now we finally get to see the company’s Bravia XR lineup for this year.
Among this year’s models, we find the X95L Mini LED, X90L Full Array LED, A95L QD-OLED, and A80L OLED. Sony writes that all models have an updated Cognitive Processor XR with the new XR Clear Image technology, which should improve noise reduction and clarity in motion and reduce blur.
Cognitive Processor XR also enables better control of the background lighting, for more local dimming zones, increased brightness, and reduced blooming. The TVs also have two HDMI 2.1 ports with support for 4K/120Hz, CRR, and ALLM.
The X95L 4K HDR Mini LED TV is available in sizes of 85 inches, 75 inches, and 65 inches. The X90L 4K HDR Full Array LED TV is available in sizes of 98 inches, 85 inches, 75 inches, 65 inches, and 55 inches. The A95L 4K HDR QD-OLED TV is available in sizes of 77 inches, 65 inches, and 55 inches. The A80L 4K HDR OLED TV is available in sizes of 83 inches, 77 inches, 65 inches, and 55 inches.
Price and availability for the devices will be announced later this year.
