LG has now started selling its 27-inch portable screen, StanbyME Go. The LCD TV has a resolution of 1080p and is stored in a custom-made suitcase designed specifically for the TV.
Inside, there’s also a battery that lasts for three hours and 20-watt speakers. Spontaneously, it feels like a perfect product for, for example, a car trip this summer. The screen can be adjusted to different angles, and there are also games that can be played directly on the touch screen.
The operating system itself is LG’s WebOS, so the device should have access to all the normal streaming apps. It also supports AirPlay, screen mirroring with compatible iOS and Android devices, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.
Strangely enough, the TV also comes with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, but we can’t imagine that the screen offers the exact quality one would want for true Vision and Atmos. According to The Verge, the TV has been launched internationally. The price in the US is $999.
