In 2025, Kia will release an electric van based on the eS platform, and now we’re learning more about it, and we’re also seeing some new teasers of what’s to come. The factory where the models will be produced is starting to be built now, and once operational, it will be able to produce 150,000 “commercial vehicles” per year.
The first model, internally referred to as the SW, is designed for transportation companies and will be tall enough for an adult to stand upright in the cargo area. The model can also be used as a shuttle bus and for robot taxi operations.
