Larian confirmed last week that Maggie Robertson has a role in the upcoming role-playing game Baldur’s Gate 3. Robertson is best known for her portrayal of the tall vampire lady, Lady Dimitrescu, in Resident Evil Village. In Baldur’s Gate 3, she will be playing the equally sinister character, Orin the Red.

Orin is described as a “sexy but sadistic presence who will appear time and time again through the game,” which is not far from the character she portrayed in Resident Evil Village. Maggie Robertson joins a talented cast including actors like Jason Isaacs and J.K. Simmons. Matt Mercer also returns as the beloved Minsc from the previous Baldur’s Gate games.

There is currently no image of Orin available, but we won’t have to wait too long to see what she looks like as the game is set to be released for PC on August 3rd. Console players, however, will have to wait a little longer, with the release date for PlayStation owners set for September 6th. Xbox players will have to wait even longer as no date has been set yet due to technical issues with co-op and splitscreen.

Writer. Inspired in general by beautiful art, great literature, stunning architecture, old maps, foreign melodies and nice company.
