A Porsche 912 is not a heavy car, but it can always get lighter. And lower weight often makes for a more fun car. The custom firm Kamm has taken note of this and is now presenting a rebuilt 912c that has the entire body in carbon fiber.

Even the rims are made of this noble material. This lightens the car by over 300 kilos, bringing the scale down to 699 kilos. This probably doesn’t matter that the car “only” has a boxer four in the back. It has also had its power boosted to over 170 horsepower.

Unfortunately, Kamm does not work with kilo pricing so it does not become cheaper just because weight has been shed. This build actually costs 400,000 euros. But this includes the donor car. If you already have one, the price is instead 360,000 euros.

The first customers of this entirely carbon fiber-clad creation will receive their cars at the beginning of next year.
