Fisker has already showcased its Fisker Alaska, but now they have released a batch of actual photos and, most importantly, a price.
The base price in the USA will be $45,400, and for that, you get the smallest battery pack of 75 kWh, which is expected to provide a range of 37 miles. There’s also a significantly larger battery pack of 113 kWh available, offering a range of 55 miles. Acceleration from zero to sixty will range from 3.9 to 7.2 seconds depending on the version.
The pickup truck will measure 5.3 meters in length, and the bed length will range from 1.4 to 2.3 meters, depending on whether the bed cover and the unique rear window/wall behind the passengers are up or down. The latter is referred to as a Houdini door and retracts into the floor like a window elevator.
Other distinctive features include a gigantic cup holder, reportedly the world’s largest, space for a cowboy hat, room for work gloves, and a worktable. Fisker claims that the vehicle will offer sporty and dynamic driving, luxurious SUV comfort, as well as the advantages of a pickup truck. What they likely mean is that they are attempting to create a vehicle for families who want both an SUV and a pickup truck and can’t quite decide.
The vehicle will be manufactured in the USA, starting in early 2025.
