Eve has now officially introduced its network streamer with Apple’s AirPlay 2. Eve can add AirPlay streaming to existing amplifiers, active speakers, and soundbars, which also allows them to be synchronized with other AirPlay 2 speakers.
Eve Play features RCA connectors, optical digital output, as well as a coaxial digital output, along with an Ethernet port and the ability to connect to either 2.4 or 5 GHz WiFi.
According to Eve, the digital-to-analog converter has a signal-to-noise ratio of 112 dB for an “audiophile experience.” Eve Play is priced at 150 euros and will start selling on November 14th.
