When the Arkham Asylum studio Rocksteady Games showed off a lot of gameplay from their upcoming game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, it was met with a pretty collective “Meh” from people who were obviously not very impressed with what they saw. Shortly after, rumors began to circulate that Rocksteady would follow in the footsteps of 343 Studios and postpone the game’s release.
Now this assumption has been officially confirmed, and the new release date for the game is February 2, 2024. The game was originally supposed to be released sometime last year, then it was set for May 26th of this year.
According to the game’s official Twitter account, the reason for the delay is to give the team more time to polish the game further.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is being developed for Windows, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
