The work to improve the PC performance of The Last of Us Part 1 continues. The latest patch was released yesterday, and with it, the game officially receives Steam Deck support. This work was deprioritized during the initial efforts on performance patches.
In addition, the latest update primarily focuses on ongoing performance improvements, as well as better stability. The improvement work continues, so further updates can be expected in the future. These updates have apparently put Steam buyers in a better mood. 78 percent have given a positive rating on Steam in the past 30 days, but since the release, that number is only 57 percent.
