In June, we received the welcome news that Rocksteady’s Batman: Arkham trilogy would be released for the Nintendo Switch under the name Batman: Arkham Trilogy. At that time, Nintendo stated that the package would be released in the fall, but we didn’t have a specific date. However, that has changed now, as Nintendo has taken to Twixter.
There, they offer a really nice artwork, featuring classic Batman characters like the Joker, Scarecrow, Catwoman, and Poison Ivy. But most importantly, it includes the release date for the game package, which is October 13th. The package includes Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City, and Batman: Arkham Knight, along with all the DLCs released for them, but Batman: Arkham Origins is not included.
Fortunately, the games are said to be running on the console itself, without relying on streaming. We haven’t seen any pricing details yet.
