The Chinese smart home manufacturer Aqara is now launching its first LED strip. It uses Zigbee to communicate with hubs and supports Apple Home (including adaptive lighting), Amazon Alexa, and Google Home.

The lighting can also be used with Matter as long as it’s used with a compatible hub, such as Aqara’s own Hub M2. The Aqara LED Strip T1 is initially two meters long and can then be extended with one-meter sections, making it up to ten meters long. It can also illuminate in 16 million colors.

It is available for order now, with a price of 50 euros.
