Fiat has now unveiled the Fiat 600e, which is the new variant of the chubby 600. The new model is fully electric, and although it is thicker than a 500, it is not an overly long car, measuring only 417 centimeters.
Fiat claims that it can still accommodate five people and has 360 liters of trunk space. The range is said to be 400 kilometers according to WLTP standards, and if driven only in the city, Fiat claims it can reach 600 kilometers. The car is likely best suited for city driving, with its motor delivering a modest 115 kW, and it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 9 seconds. Charging is done at 100 kW.
Initially, two versions will be available, the top-of-the-line Fiat 600e La Prima and the more modestly equipped Fiat 600e RED. Orders can be placed in certain countries today, with deliveries scheduled for September.
