A new book about Apple’s founder Steve Jobs is being released next week, where his family, friends, and former colleagues have compiled emails that Jobs sent to himself, letters, speeches, and other material from Jobs’ 56-year life into a sort of memoir.

The book is called “Make Something Wonderful: Steve Jobs in his own words” and will include a foreword by his widow Laurene Powell Jobs. She explains why the new book about Steve Jobs is being published:

He has been written about, but this is actually his writing and his work. So there’s no intermediary.

“Make Something Wonderful: Steve Jobs in his own words” will be released in digital format on April 11 and will be available for free download at the link below. The book will also be printed in a physical version that will be distributed to some employees at Apple and Disney. However, the book will not be available for purchase in paper format.
