Airspeeder is a racing series for electric flying vehicles. Some races have already been held, but they were with remote-controlled “flying cars”. Now they are showcasing the MK4, which is manned and the first race will take place sometime next year.

The machine is of the so-called eVTOL type and it is hydrogen-powered. It is manufactured in Australia by Alauda Aeronautics and they claim that it is the fastest of its kind with a top speed of 360 km/h. You reach that speed after just 30 seconds from start, so it’s a quick one. The range is expected to be 30 miles and the weight of the vehicle is 950 kg.
