Now Twitter is “finally” launching its new version of Tweetdeck in its stable version, with a major change compared to previous versions – users must be verified to use the app. This means that Tweetdeck will only be available to those who subscribe to Twitter Blue. This change will take place in 30 days, according to a tweet from Twitter’s support account.
According to two Twitter employees, all users will be forced to switch to the new version, as reported by The Verge.
We have just launched a new, improved version of TweetDeck. All users can continue to access their saved searches & workflows via https://t.co/2WwL3hNVR2 by selecting “Try the new TweetDeck” in the bottom left menu.
