The Chinese mobile manufacturer is launching three new budget phones. The traditional mobile manufacturer Motorola is now owned by Chinese company Lenovo. And even though the company has recently surprised us positively with top models like the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra and the currently best flip phone, the Motorola Razr 2022, it is in the category of budget and mid-range phones that Motorola primarily finds its audience.

Motorola has soon so many G models that one could suspect they were looking for some form of G-spot in the market. Now the company are ready with three brand new models: the Motorola Moto G23, G53, and G73.

All three have Android 13 and Motorola’s own user interface My UX.

The cheapest of the three, the Moto G23, has a 50 Mp main camera, a dedicated Macro Vision camera, and a 125º ultra-wide angle lens. The screen is 6.5 inches with HD+ resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate. The phone also supports 30 watt fast charging and is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor.

The Motorola Moto G53 5G also has a 50 Mp camera and a “dedicated Macro Vision camera for extreme close-ups”, as the manufacturer writes in the press release.

The phone has 5G and is powered by a Snapdragon 480 processor with 4 GB RAM. The battery is 5,000 mAh and the screen is 6.5 inches with a 120 Hz refresh rate.

The most luxurious of the new trio of smartphones is the Motorola Moto G73 5G, which is also equipped with a 50 Mp main camera. Additionally, there is an 8 Mp ultra-wide-angle lens and a so-called Macro Vision lens.

Lastly, the phone also has a dedicated distance sensor. The distance sensor makes it easy to turn everyday photos into professional portraits, assures Motorola. The screen measures 6.5 inches and has FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Under the hood is a MediaTek Dimensity 930 processor to drive everything. As the name suggests, the Moto G73 also has 5G. The battery capacity is 5,000 mAh.
