Asus is back with another relatively compact Android phone in the form of the new Zenfone 10. The phone features a 5.9-inch AMOLED display with 144 Hz.
Inside, it houses the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, along with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. This is powered by a 4300 mAh battery, which is the same size as its predecessor but promises to last 13% longer due to improved efficiency. It also supports 30 W fast charging and wireless charging.
On the back, there are two cameras, and the main 50 MP camera features Asus’s 6-axis hybrid gimbal stabilizer 2.0 and new “adaptive” EIS (electronic image stabilization). On the front, there is an upgraded 32 MP selfie camera with a larger RGBW sensor for better low-light performance.
The Zenfone 10 with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage is the cheapest model but won’t be released until August 7th. However, if you upgrade to 256 GB of storage, that variant is already available for purchase. The high-end model with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage is also currently available.
