After almost 25 years, it’s time for the camera website DPReview to shut down. Amazon, which has owned DPReview since 2007, has recently introduced measures to streamline its operations.
The site will be active until April 10, and users will be able to download any images and data they have uploaded to the site until then. The editorial team will also continue to publish content until the shutdown. This is what the site says in a post:
Everyone on our staff was a reader and fan of DPReview before working here, and we’re grateful for the communities that formed around the site. Thank you for your support over the years, and we hope you’ll join us in the coming weeks as we celebrate this journey.

It remains to be seen what will happen to the videos on the site’s YouTube channel, but Chris and Jordan will continue their videos at Petapixel.
