During Gamescom, Ironwood Studios released a story trailer for their upcoming ‘car game’ Pacific Drive. It’s a survival game from an FPS perspective where an old station wagon takes the lead role.
Using their car, the player must navigate through an area infested with various metal monsters trying to destroy the vehicle and eliminate the player. There’s an option to modify the car and equip it with various weapons and upgrades throughout the game.

Pacific Drive is set to release for PlayStation 5 and PC sometime in the early next year.
