This week, EA announced a new major expansion pack for The Sims 4. In this package, called “For Rent,” you travel to the city of Tomarang where customizable multi-family houses are offered, allowing multiple Sims households to live on the same lot.
As a player, you can experience the neighborhood both as a property owner and as a tenant. As a property owner, you’ll need to maintain the properties, deal with unruly neighbors, create a community, and ensure that tenants are happy.
The Sims 4 For Rent will be released on December 7.
